Morning by Robert Creeley

These headaches, they’re not funny anymore. I’ve been getting a lot of them lately, and I must admit it’s making me a bit scared. Like why-is-this-happening and what-is-wrong-with-me kind of scared. I’ve always had migraines since I was a kid, but never like this – the kind that makes you keel over because of the pain. Also: my heart is broken again. Story of my life.

Morning
Robert Creeley

dam’s broke,
head’s a
waterfall.

  1. Attention to head aches…seriously:
Too much time at the computer (dim screen and get filtered glasses)
Get fresh air and exercise every day no mater what!
Take Homeopathic Rhus Toxederian for eye fatigue.
Learn to take 20 minute power naps.
    Love you with kind compassion.
Don’t wait for someone else to see how beautiful you are.
    eat more steamed fresh greens.
    Be love.

  2. Listen to your gut – PLEASE go to the doctor. Thanks for the beautiful poetry, and I hope you’re feeling better soon.
